This video reminded me of how impressed I was at the reactions you could find in nature. Like when you touch a leaf on a houseplant and it shrivels up.. Or if you tickle the inside of a flytrap it would close… Or plucking at the tip of a fern and it going into defense mode. It’s truly amazing how emotional or sensitive they seem, but can easily go by completely unnoticed. I would go outside and find pine cones that had fallen off the trees in my backyard and carefully pick them up by the very tippy top and take them to my room. If you weren’t careful with them they would reactively close up. I remember crying once because the largest pine cone I had ever found closed up and never opened up again. I thought I had hurt it and I felt so guilty. I eventually rode my bike miles away to my favorite secret place and planted it to try and make up for “hurting” it. Oh.. Childhood.. How sweet and innocent you were.
Funniest scene in the entire series.
How I am at night home alone :/
